The opposition UPND is Monday morning (today) expected to start contempt of court proceedings against Lusaka Police Commissioner, Solomon Jere for blocking the the Kanyama rally yesterday.

UPND leader, Hakainde Hichilema, said the party would seek a judicial redress over the matter.
