DOCTORS at Dr Malizo Mpehle Memorial Hospital in Tsolo South Africa delivered a baby with an eye and a penis on the forehead yesterday, the provincial health department
said. The baby girl, who was born to a 16-year-old girl from Qumbu, did not survive.

PRESIDENT Sata has asked MMD president Nevers Mumba to stop panicking and making wild allegations. The President was responding to Dr Mumba’s remarks in a Sunday Muvi TV programme – The Assignment – where he alleged that President Sata had sent an emissary to Canada to discuss his alleged criminal conduct.
In a statement released on his behalf by spokesman George Chellah yesterday, President Sata described Dr Mumba’s claims as ‘fictitious and preposterous’.

As investigations continue into the gruesome murder of 19 year old NIPA Student, Ruth Mbandu, police have arrested fugitive suspect, Stanley Munkonji.
The arrest of Munkonji, who is Bishop Evans Ngulube’s aide and driver, brings the number of people arrested in connection with Ruth’s murder to four.
The 19 year old student of the National Institute of Public Administration-NIPA-who was brutally murdered in suspected ritual killing has finally been put to rest at Lusaka’s Leopards Hill Memorial Park.
Mourners paid their last respect to Ruth Mbandu at a church service held at the University of Zambia-UNZA- chapel.
The church service was attended by people from all walks of life including her college mates and her mother’s workmates at Basic Education Teachers Union of Zambia- BETUZ.
