THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested 24 residents of the infamous Chibolya township in Lusaka for alleged drug trafficking. This comes barely a month after a combined team of officers from the DEC and the Zambia Police Service raided the drug-infested township, arresting over 300 people in an overnight operation.
